GPT4All
GPT4All Overview
GPT4All is an open-source assistant-style large language model that can be installed and run locally from a compatible machine. The AI model was trained on 800k GPT-3.5-Turbo Generations based on LLaMa, and can give results similar to OpenAI’s GPT3 and GPT3.5. To install GPT4all on your PC, you will need to know how to clone a GitHub repository. If you need help, feel free to check out our short GPT4All Installation Guide. The standard install will use your CPU for processing power, however there is a way to run it on your GPU instead. It’s important to note that running on your GPU is likely going to take longer and yield worst results unless you have a top-end card with 24GB+ VRAM.
